Active Listening and Creating Awareness: Andrea did not try to put boundaries around my thoughts, feelings. She easily worked at helping me understand for myself what I was saying and needing at this point. I moved from how to get things finished to how to find more personal space for myself and what I would want to do.

Well, it is clear that I need a coach! Andrea was wonderful and really gifted and natural with the coaching conversation and process. My conversation with her caused me to think about what would a day or a week look like if I took adequate time for myself. Andrea is able to create awareness and easily maintains the rapport with the client. She creates awareness without creating anxiety for the client. Very powerful skills.

I wanted to let you know what an inspiration you have been to me over this past year. I have truly appreciated being welcomed and feeling such a valued part of the group. Your care, friendship, leadership and depth of knowledge, shared with all of us, have ensured a successful program and a wealth of happy memories.

The course has been such an amazing, life-altering experience. I believe I have come away for this experience transformed. My understanding of myself and God has deepened. I have become centred again. I have met such amazing people and gained such great and different perspectives on life. I have made/strengthened/mended my connections and relationships with others- something I was not sure I would be able to do. I believe I have left the program a better person who is on the way to being a better leader.

You are such an inspiring and generous person! I hope you are able to look back on your creation, the … program and know that you have reached out and touched the lives of others; transforming them and inspiring others to go out and do the same!
